Ms. Mphele is a qualified Clinical Technologist in Assisted Reproduction Technology. She started her career in the clinical research industry in 2004 as Clinical Trial Assistant. Through her commitment, dedication and meticulous efforts, Ms. Mphele progressed to Project Management position. In 2008 she co-founded Logic-Trials-SA with an international CRO in the UK. Her international experience includes working careers at Kendle, a global CRO, where she managed and monitored studies for a blue-chip global pharmaceutical company.

Ms. Mphele has experience in conducting clinical trials in South Africa and Malawi. She exhibits strong leadership for results, strong work ethics and committed for excellence. In addition, she has a perceptive eye for the core issues in the global pharmaceutical research industry. Ms. Mphele holds a Master's Degree in Technology in Pharmaceutical Science obtained from Tshwane University of Technology. As a practicing clinical technologist she co-authored 2 papers in international journals and several poster presentations presented at local and international conferences. Ms. Mphele is supported by an able team of professionals and support staff.
